Camomile is easy to grow and, unless you have a harsh winter, will likely come back in spring. Both its pretty, daisy-like flowers and its delicate leaves can be picked and dried on the window sill for a much better version of the calming tea you can find everywhere as dust-filled bags. Freshly picked it’s also great infused in cream, or to make a heady summer ice cream.
